Postnatal Strength Classes

Guided strength sessions to provide support for a safe return to fitness with an Advanced Postnatal qualified coach. Starting with the Foundations Program and moving on to continuing Mummy Fitness classes.


Meet your coach

Caoimhe is a Surbiton based personal trainer and mum of 2 young boys. She has a passion for helping mums in every stage of their fitness journey from pregnancy to postnatal strength.

After gaining her pre and post natal qualifications she continued her studies with Burrell education to become an Advanced Postnatal Wellness Practitioner to support clients postnatal recovery.


Foundations Program

Consisting of two 1-2-1 sessions with head coach Caoimhe - each session 45-minutes long - designed to guide you back into exercise and fitness after having your baby. The programme will rehab your postnatal core, pelvic floor and help you regain strength in your body.

Babies Welcome - your baby can come to class with you - no need to find childcare! The gym will be private during these class times with limited numbers attending. It will be a warm and welcoming space to mummy and baby for feeding and changing.

Mummy fitness

After completing the Foundations Program, your next step is joining the Mummy Fitness classes.

This is a continuing 4-week program that builds on your progress during the Foundations Program and is designed to bring you to a level of strength that will allow you to fully return to your normal training.

If you're not sure where to go or what to do, our Bootcamp Classes and Personal Training sessions are the place to be for long-term and consistent progress!

  • Assessment and preparation for joining Mummy Fitness.
  • 45 minute sessions.

Mummy Fitness


  • Single-session PAYG format
  • 1x class per week.
  • 60 minutes per class.
