Easy to follow

You'll be guided through a simple plan, which will focus on changing 1-2 habits at a time. Your success will depend on it being just 'easy enough' to see continuous progress.

No calorie counting

Calorie counting is a path that always ends in failure. We want you to stop counting and start thinking - focus on changing the behaviours that are damaging your progress.

Weekly check-ins

You'll check-in with your coach 2x per week (Mon/Thu) to discuss how your previous week went, and to work out which habits and behaviours you'll work on next.
